Obama Heads to Copenhagen with a 17 Percent Reduction Offer

President Obama set to be in Copenhagen on Dec. 9th with an offer to cut US GHG emissions in the range of 17% from 2005 levels by 2020.

100 Year-old Boulder Canyon Turbines Replaced

The DOE is investing up to $1.18 million for a project in Boulder, Colo. to upgrade the 100-year-old Boulder Canyon Hydroelectric Project by replacing two older turbines with a single unit.
