Dwayne Nesmith Becomes a Prestigious NACD Fellow

WASHINGTON, May 1, 2012 — The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) is pleased to announce that Dwayne Nesmith of Boulder, Colorado, has become an NACD Fellow, the highest level of credentialing for corporate directors and corporate governance professionals. Dwayne currently serves as a director on the boards of ElectricApps and Responsibility Partners.
